Prologue - part 5 ch 1Sabrina stumbles into the tube station, and launches herself on the nearest available ticket machine before anyone else can delay her. She punches in the keys for a day card and fumbles around in her bag for her purse. She takes it out and opens it. Immediately the contents cascade all over the unwashed floor. This is not one of her good days. Sabrina curses under her breath as she hears the train draw in at the platform. She scrambles to pick up the coins, which is most difficult to do elegantly in a business suit. Sabrina has to snatch the coins away from the couple of homeless people who think she has tossed them into their hats. She feels
Prologue - 3Sophia has been working solidly on the loom for 12 hours whilst the other two have been sleeping. Sophia seems to have a robotic-like precision with the weaving, although it has to be said that her geometric patterns are a little repetitive, even if that is the point of geometric patterns. They certainly lack a certain… "Character" as Mnesomyne would put it if she was in one of her better moods. This roughly translates as: "It's just too bloody perfect, can't she at least get SOMETHING wrong and stop making the rest of us look so useless."
